  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

4. Influencer Program

If you participate as an influencer in our revenue-sharing program, additional terms apply:

  • Revenue sharing percentages are subject to agreement
  • Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule
  • You must maintain good standing to receive payouts
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Stack Sensei are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

6. AI-Generated Analysis

Our platform uses AI to analyze poker hands. Please understand that:

  • Analysis is provided for educational purposes only
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated advice
  • You should not rely solely on our analysis for making decisions
  • We are not responsible for any losses incurred from using our analysis

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Stack Sensei, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stack Sensei and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
